Independent, physician-owned Ortho group based in St. Louis, MO seeks Interventional Pain partner.

• Currently comprised of Spine, Shoulder, & Sports Orthopedic Surgeons, this well-established group is entering an exciting growth phase with the launch of a new state-of-the-art facility that will house the group’s ASC, primary clinic, & advanced imaging.
• Located in Chesterfield MO, one of the “Top 20 Best Suburbs in America” as per Niche.com. Just 30 minutes west of St. Louis, this highly desirable suburb is home to dozens of affluent neighborhoods & has some of the best public & private schools in the entire country.
• Practice the full scope of Interventional Pain, including advanced procedures. Little to no medication management.
• Highly profitable model: about 85% Worker’s Compensation, allowing for streamlined workflows, predictable case types, & efficient reimbursement processes (Not as familiar with Workers’ Comp? Current partners are happy to offer mentorship & support as you get started.)
• Consistent pipeline of cases from Day 1, thanks to a robust referral base & dedicated internal marketing team.
• All physicians are equity owners in the ASC, creating an aligned, entrepreneurial environment.
• Track to partnership/ownership in ASC = exceptional overall earning potential
