iSleep Program is seeking an exceptional Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice 100% Sleep Medicine from a remote work environment, supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.

Practice Location: New York (serving patients throughout New York State)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No hospital call required)
About the Opportunity
Our physicians practice exclusively in sleep medicine, supported by experienced sleep technologists, respiratory therapists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and care coordinators.
You'll provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with:
Obstructive Sleep Apnea
Central Sleep Apnea
Insomnia
Hypersomnia
Narcolepsy
Restless Legs Syndrome
Circadian Rhythm Disorders
Parasomnias
Other sleep-related breathing disorders
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive new patient consultations and follow-up visits via secure telemedicine.
Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of sleep disorders.
Interpret Home Sleep Tests (HST).
Interpret in-lab Polysomnography (PSG), CPAP/BiPAP titration studies, and MSLT/MWT.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Manage PAP therapy and long-term patient care.
Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary specialists.
Document patient encounters accurately using electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience preferred).
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine.
Active New York State medical license (required).
DEA registration (or eligibility).
Excellent communication and telemedicine skills.
Pulmonary, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Psychiatry, or Otolaryngology background with Sleep Medicine fellowship welcomed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
