Be Part of a Connected Team Delivering Breakthrough Therapy
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Neurological Physiotherapist to join our growing fun and collaborative team.
We're looking for a senior physiotherapist who shares our values; We Win Together, Drive Change, Pick Up the Broom, Spread Joy, and Driven to Climb Mountains, to help us expand access and improve outcomes for our growing community.
Depending on experience the successful candidate will join our team as a physiotherapist (min 2-3 years experience in Neurological Physiotherapy) or a Senior Physiotherapist (at least 3 years' experience in Neurological Physiotherapy). At RoboFit, we’re not just helping clients with neurological conditions, we’re creating an environment where small wins turn into life-changing progress. If you're a Senior Physiotherapist who values clinical excellence, collaboration, supporting colleagues and purpose-driven work, we’d love to meet you. RoboFit started following co founder Daniel's lived experience following his spinal cord injury and determination to Never say Never.
With over 1400 clients on waitlists for accessing RoboFit's programs across Australia, reach out to our team to learn more about how to help our clients explore what's possible.
Full time and part time roles are currently available at our RoboFit Melbourne, RoboFit Mascot and RoboFit Brisbane locations.
You’ll work with clients across a wide range of neurological conditions using a combination of Conventional Neuro Physiotherapy and the world’s first neuro-controlled exoskeleton, the Hybrid Assistive Limb (HAL).
"RoboFit is a community-driven and people-centric team who focus on each person as a valued individual. We celebrate and empower staff and clients alike, remembering we all live a life outside of the clinic. By understanding what life looks like for clients, it enables us to remain focussed on their individual achievements and little wins.
The community we have here, exists to be a safe, empowering and inclusive place for clients to be reminded - they're not alone, they have the ability to achieve and there is always hope for something. That community extends from within our team - as a team, we win together, rise together, challenge each other and work to spread joy.
Clinically, we are constantly upskilling and learning to ensure we deliver the best tailored, gold standard, evidence based treatments we can, aligning with client goals, clinical strengths and innovative technology. We are a tight team who are motivated by equipping our clients to live a bigger life outside the clinic than when they came in." Jess Reid, Neuro Physiotherapist, Team Lead.

Requirements
A day in the life at RoboFit
We start each day with a quick team huddle. Everyone shares a win, their focus for the day and anything they need a hand with. Then it’s into the clinic.
Your day is a mix of clients with different neurological presentations. You might start with a stroke survivor working toward walking in the community. Next could be a HAL exoskeleton session with a client living with a spinal cord injury, then a strength and balance program for someone with Parkinson’s disease or off to a hydro session with a client. No two sessions look the same as no two clients look the same.
Between sessions you’ll write up your notes, check in with stakeholders or colleagues about shared clients. You’re never on your own: there’s always a team member nearby to bounce ideas off. Through the month you’ll also join case reviews, in-services and RoboPals, our peer mentoring program, so you keep learning and contributing as you go.
At the end of the day you’ll go home knowing you helped someone take a step closer to their goals

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to clients living with spinal cord injury, MS, Parkinson’s disease, FND, stroke, chronic pain and other neurological conditions
