This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Savannah, Georgia area. The Interventional Pain Physician will provide comprehensive pain management care, including advanced interventional procedures, collaboration with local subspecialists, and conservative medication management when appropriate. Regular coverage of several satellite offices is required. The physician will be supported by experienced Physician Assistants and a highly trained clinical and administrative team. The physician will engage in periodic community and professional outreach efforts to help maintain and expand a strong, well-established referral network. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, professionalism, and ethical practice.
Base salary: $400,000
Production incentive: monthly RVU-based

Requirements
Board-certified (BC) or board-eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology
Ability to perform advanced interventional pain procedures (e.g., SCS, DRG, SI fusions, kyphoplasty)
Fellowship training in Pain Medicine preferred
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and patient-relations skill
