Job Description

Laredo Medical Center is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our dynamic medical community.

Position Highlights:

50/50 Hematology and Oncology split.
Call coverage available every other week.
Access to a hospital-run Infusion Center that has seen 400% growth in the past two years; the physician plays a role in planning but does not manage the center.
Opportunity to work alongside Internal Medicine residents who rotate through inpatient rounds.
Join an established practice with one other Hem/Onc provider.
Office space available with 8 patient rooms, supported by an experienced Clinical Manager and staff.
Open to graduating fellows.
Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
No visa support available.

Two-year guaranteed base salary with a productivity-based wRVU bonus model
